marathon training, second try
The app that finally stuck — because they did it with you.
Programs, training videos, and meals are the easy part. The hard part is showing up, so we put you in a room of thirty people doing the same.
Thirty people. One room. Same program.
When you join, we put you in a pod with 29 others on the same program, same week, same goals. You see what they trained today. They see what you did. Nobody's a username — first names, photos, where you live, what you're working on.

These are real pods running right now.
The program is real. It's just not the point.
You get a 12-week strength program built by a coach who actually coaches, training videos shot in normal gyms not studios, and a meal plan that adjusts to what's in your fridge. All of it's good. But honestly, every app has this — what makes you finish it is the pod.
12 weeks, written by a coach in Oakland who's been programming for 14 years. Strength, hybrid, or running tracks.
Filmed in regular gyms with regular lighting. Form cues, not motivation speeches.
Adjusts to what you eat. Vegetarian, halal, post-baby, whatever. No "clean eating" nonsense.
If you're skeptical, you should be.
I built this because I'd deleted six fitness apps myself. The thing that finally worked wasn't a better algorithm — it was four friends in a group chat going "gym at 7?" three times a week.
So that's what this is. The app exists because group chats die when life happens, and pods don't. We curate them, we keep them small, and we move you if yours goes quiet. The program and meals are there because you need them, but the room is the thing that makes you open the app on a Tuesday morning when you didn't sleep well.
If you've quit before, you're exactly who this is for.
What people are saying inside.
These are pulled from real pod chats — names changed, screenshots not faked. We asked permission.
One price. One room. Cancel any time, but you probably won't.
Still wondering.
We watch for that. If a pod goes quiet for more than 5 days we move you, no questions, no fee. We'd rather lose the pod than lose you.
Pods are matched by program AND experience level. Your pod will be other beginners on week 1, same as you.
Only your pod sees your check-ins. Nothing is public. Nothing goes to your phone contacts.
Each pod has a real human pod-lead who's done the program themselves. They check in twice a week. They're not influencers, they're members who graduated.
You miss a week. The program adjusts. Your pod doesn't kick you out — they're rooting for you.
Yes. iOS and Android, same day, same features.
