Pricing

One price. One room. Cancel any time, but you probably won't.

Eighteen dollars a month. That's the whole thing. No pro tier, no add-ons, no coach upsell — everyone in your pod is paying the same.

Monthly membership
$18 /month
or $144/year if you want to commit (save two months).
first 7 days are free, no card required.

What's in the room

  • Your pod — 30 people on the same program, same week.Matched by program and experience level.
  • A 12-week program written by a real coach.Strength, hybrid, or running. Pick when you join.
  • Training videos shot in normal gyms.Form cues, not motivation speeches.
  • Meals that adjust to what you actually eat.Vegetarian, halal, postpartum — whatever you need.
  • A real human pod-lead.They check in twice a week. They've done the program.
  • A new pod if yours goes quiet.5 days of silence and we move you, free.

You've tried fitness apps before. So have I.

Six of them, in my case. Each one became a guilt notification I ignored by week three. So before you put $18 down, here's what's different — and if it's not, please don't subscribe.

An app on its own doesn't make you show up. A group chat with four friends does, until one person moves cities and the chat dies. Pods don't die — when someone leaves, someone joins. The room stays the same size. The accountability doesn't depend on any single person.

If you give it 7 days and it's just another app, you cancel and you've paid nothing. That's the whole offer.

What $18 a month compares to.

A commercial gym
$45–$80/mo
Equipment and a parking lot. Nobody knows your name. Nobody notices if you stop coming.
A solo fitness app
$10–$25/mo
A program in your pocket. Push notifications. The same algorithm that thinks you'll come back tomorrow.
A pod
$18/mo
The program, the videos, the meals — and 30 people who notice when you don't post your check-in.

A note on the price

I went back and forth on this for a while. $9 felt like we weren't taking it seriously. $29 felt like we were pretending to be a luxury thing. $18 is the number where we can actually pay the pod-leads, keep the videos honest, and not have to chase scale by adding tiers.

If a pod ever feels like it isn't worth $18 — tell us. We'll move you, refund you, or close the pod. The whole thing falls apart if any room ever feels like a chore.

So. Tuesday morning — coming?

Seven days free. No card. If your pod isn't the right room, we'll move you before you pay a thing.
